It personalises the user experience by creating playlists based on the user’s listening history, mood, and preferences, thereby creating a user-friendly and intuitive interface.

Good usability is vital for ensuring that users can achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. To achieve this, designers must consider factors such as the layout and organisation of the user interface, the clarity and simplicity of instructions, and the accessibility of the product for users with disabilities. Microsoft’s commitment to accessibility, for instance, showcases the importance of this principle – with features like a screen reader and voice recognition, it has made its products accessible to a broader range of users.
