We work with Go developers to build fast, reliable backend services that handle scale, concurrency and performance-critical tasks. This role typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with hands-on experience delivering production systems using Go.
Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems using Go-Lang.
Develop highly concurrent services that power real-time applications and process-intensive operations.
Optimise application performance through effective memory management and multithreaded programming.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and deliver complete, high-quality features.
Write efficient, clean, and testable code with a focus on long-term maintainability.
Integrate with databases, APIs, and third-party services to build end-to-end solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance benchmarking.
Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices for Go-based services.
Stay current with advancements in Go and related technologies, bringing insights into the team.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Go-Lang in a production environment.
Deep understanding of Go’s concurrency model, goroutines, and channels.
Experience building scalable, high-performance systems and microservices.
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration tools (Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows.
Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL options like Redis and MongoDB.
Strong debugging, testing, and performance profiling skills.
Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
