Cross-platform doesn’t mean compromise. This role focuses on building mobile apps with Ionic that deliver native-quality experiences using web technologies. Candidates typically bring a Computer Science degree and hands-on experience working with Ionic, Angular and Capacitor in production environments.
Develop and maintain hybrid mobile applications using the Ionic framework.
Work with Angular, React, or Vue.js as part of the Ionic stack.
Build clean, responsive UIs that run smoothly across iOS and Android devices.
Integrate with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
Use Cordova/Capacitor plugins to access native device functionality.
Debug, test, and optimize mobile performance and compatibility.
Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver cohesive app experiences.
Write clean, modular code following mobile development best practices.
Participate in code reviews and keep up with mobile development trends.
2–5+ years of experience in hybrid mobile app development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
Solid understanding of the Ionic ecosystem, including Capacitor and Cordova.
Familiarity with mobile UI/UX standards and responsive design.
Experience testing and deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play.
Knowledge of Git, version control workflows, and Agile development practices.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
