Every successful solution starts with the right problem definition. Our Business Analysts help clients uncover hidden needs, clarify priorities and define the path forward. A relevant degree and experience working with cross-functional teams are key to thriving in this role.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
Translate complex business challenges into clear user stories, workflows and wireframes
Conduct process evaluations and recommend improvements for efficiency, scalability and performance
Lead workshops, interviews and focus groups to uncover the real needs behind stated requirements
Support project teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery
Work closely with UX designers and developers to shape solutions that are user-centred and technically feasible
Facilitate change management, training and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support adoption and long-term success
Prepare business cases, SWOT analyses, cost-benefit evaluations and risk assessments
2 or more years of experience in a business analysis or product owner role, ideally within tech or consulting environments
Strong grasp of business process modelling, Agile delivery and requirements elicitation techniques
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including clients, developers, UX/UI designers and testers
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Figma or Balsamiq
Skilled in writing clear, concise documentation including user stories, functional specifications and process flows
Bonus: exposure to technical environments (APIs, databases, software architecture) or UX research
