This role is ideal for developers who write clean, expressive Python and have experience delivering real-world solutions across backend systems, data pipelines, or APIs. We typically look for a degree in Computer Science or related field, and solid project experience in production environments.
Design and build Python-based applications—from lightweight scripts to complex backend systems.
Develop APIs, automate workflows, and handle data transformation using libraries like requests
, pandas
, and SQLAlchemy
.
Build web applications using Django or Flask, integrating with front-end frameworks and external services.
Write clean, modular, testable code using object-oriented and functional paradigms.
Collaborate with designers, DevOps engineers, and data specialists to bring projects to life.
Optimize performance for large-scale applications and data-heavy operations.
Stay current with new Python libraries, tools, and best practices to improve code quality and productivity.
2–5+ years of experience in Python development.
Deep understanding of Python fundamentals—OOP, decorators, generators, context managers.
Proficiency with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience working with data using Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, or similar.
Strong debugging and optimization skills.
Familiarity with version control (Git), virtual environments, and unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).
Ability to integrate Python with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Experience in data science, machine learning, or ETL workflows.
DevOps knowledge: Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployments.
Exposure to async programming with asyncio
or aiohttp
.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in Python communities.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks or templating engines (Jinja2, React).
